In carrying out the production, a company needs a management that is useful for implementing the decisions of the setting and coordination of resource utilization the production activities, it is what is known as production management. Meanwhile, operations management is a series of events changing the input to output as a form of value of goods or services. Now this is a Japanese production management give good impact on the productivity of the production in the company. Their company will be able to run competitively with the other competitors.

In this training will be taught about the production of Japanese-style management that provides ease in controlling the products/services produced by each company. And instill a positive mindset in running production of Japanese-style management.

By joining this workshop, the participants can increase their knowledge and skills, which are beneficial for them as well as the company they work at.

  2. Understand "KAIZEN" through concept, mind-set, and philosophy in practical ways.
  3. Increase understanding about "Daily & Policy management", "Tools for analyze production activities", "Horensho", and others, so that they can implement it at their workplace.
  4. Implement best practices by doing kaizen activities from simple problem solving steps effectively.

  3. The program consists of lecture, exercise, case study, video, and discussion on PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES which has already been applied in participants' work places, so that they can practice the real improvement till they truly understand.

Participant Criteria

Leader or supervisor or others level at the workplace/factory/company, who need to implement the production management.

Training Topics

STEP - 1: PRE-HOMEWORK.
Each participant should bring a production activities in the workplace. Production activities pored over photo-photo as many as 20 pieces and 3 item Improvement (kaizen) that already did at your company. This report is made in the format of Ms. Powerpoint (others), and collected on January 20, 2017 via email to the registration. Participants are requested to bring a soft copy of data.

STEP - 2: WORKSHOP AND SIMULATION
WORKSHOP TOPICS.
1. Mind-set of Japanese Production Management.
2. Kaizen activities at the workplace.
3. Daily vs Policy Management.
4. Problem solving Steps.
5. QC Story
6. Method study Charts.
7. Production standard level - increase workplace standard.
8. Horensho

PRE HOMEWORK.
This Pre homework will be used by the participants in order to explain production activities in their workplace. The format is expected in a power point presentation. And the participants are asked to bring a softcopy data. The organizer will print out the material. And put for one of activities in the workshop. Softcopy data is only used during the workshop as a medium for training and practice of the participants.

The results of the workshop will be included in a plan of action, both individually and group implemented. The participants were asked to report on the action plan to the superiors, both local and Japanese people to provide information of what to do after the workshop, advice from superiors, and support in implementing kaizen activities in the workplace.

STEP - 3: IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES AT EACH WORKPLACE
Participants will carry on each continued improvement activities based on their action plan.

Certificate is given to participants who participate in all sessions of the workshop

  4. Menerapkan praktik terbaik dengan melakukan kegiatan kaizen dari langkah-langkah pemecahan efektif masalah sederhana.

Leader atau supervisor atau orang lain tingkat di tempat kerja / pabrik / perusahaan, yang perlu untuk mengimplementasikan manajemen produksi.

Topik Pelatihan

TAHAP - 1: PEKERJAAN RUMAH
Setiap peserta harus membawa kegiatan produksi di tempat kerja. kegiatan produksi ini dituangkan melalui foto-foto sebanyak 20 buah dan 3 buah Perbaikan (kegiatan kaizen) yang sudah lakukan di perusahaan Anda. Dan Foto dalam bentuk soft file jpg. Laporan ini dibuat dalam format Ms. Powerpoint atau Ms. Word atau Ms. Excell (untuk perbaikan/Kaizen), dan dikumpulkan pada 20 Januari 2017 melalui email ke pendaftaran. Peserta diminta untuk membawa soft copy data.

PEKERJAAN RUMAH
Pekerjaan Rumah ini akan digunakan oleh peserta untuk menjelaskan kegiatan produksi di tempat kerja mereka. Dan peserta diminta untuk membawa data softcopy. Penyelenggara akan mencetak materi. Dan menempatkan untuk salah satu kegiatan di workshop. Data softcopy hanya digunakan selama lworkshop sebagai media untuk pelatihan dan praktek peserta.
Hasil workshop akan dimasukkan dalam rencana tindakan, baik secara individu maupun kelompok dilaksanakan. Para peserta diminta untuk melaporkan rencana tindakan ke atasan, baik atasan lokal dan Jepang untuk memberikan informasi tentang apa yang harus dilakukan setelah workshop, saran dari atasan, dan dukungan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan kaizen mereka di tempat kerja.

TAHAP - 3: AKTIVITAS PERBAIKAN DI TEMPAT KERJA
Peserta akan melakukan setiap kegiatan perbaikan terus berdasarkan rencana tindakan mereka.

Sertifikat diberikan kepada peserta yang hadir 100% selama workshop berlangsung
Sertifikat akan ditanda tangani oleh Mr. Norio SUZUKI
