Introduction

The designation title PMP® is an internationally accepted recognition of project management knowledge and professionalism of the successful candidate. This training is developed and facilitated by a professional subject expert with extensive industrial experience and academic background who has passed the PMP exam. The training is emphasized on providing practical skills in rationalizing proper managerial actions, as in the case of typical PMP®examination multiple-choice questions. It is expected to enhance understanding the behavioral and ethical aspects of professional project managers to exercise proper judgment in the decision-making process.

Aims

This training is intended for candidates undertaking the Project Management Institute (PMI)® Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) and people who want to recognize the importance of Project Management in managing project.

Objectives

The PMP® exam preparation training helps in:

  • Building self-confidence to immediately take the PMP® examination upon the conclusion of the course
  • Providing tips to participants to answer difficult multiple-choice questions
  • Creating a study technique and setting up a network of learners or group study

Bagaimana cara mengikutinya?

  • Pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi video conference, seperti Zoom, Google Meet, atau aplikasi sejenis.
  • Penyelenggara akan memberikan undangan kepada peserta terdaftar.
  • Tidak mematikan kamera selama pembelajaran berlangsung, kecuali atas arahan fasilitator.
