My experience of 6 years working as housekeeping in various roles, taught me the importance of excellent service to the guest, being responsible for various administrative reports and experience carrying out leadership duties in the housekeeping department. Pursuing a career along with college, did not prevent me from getting achievements as “The Best employee of The Quarter Period January - March 2022” at Favehotel Melawai, and was selected as “The Best Performing Student” with bachelor degree in communication science in 2021/2022 at Budi Luhur University with a GPA of 3.84.

Working Experience

Favehotel Melawai Jakarta - 1 September 2016 – Until Now

  • Assistant Executive Housekeeper (January 1, 2024 – Now)
    1. Substitutes for either Housekeeper or Floor Supervisor when required.
    2. Assists with organizing and scheduling Department employees and tasks to maximize Efficiency.
    3. Assists Supervisors to resolve problems if necessary.
    4. Trains, evaluates, and motivates staff.
    5. Ensures that the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the department
    6. Ensures that employees comply with the department's policies and procedures.
    7. Ensures that the company's rules and regulations are being followed.
    8. Keeps stock records and forms, and ensures sufficient stock of cleaning supplies and guest supplies are available.
    9. Continuously conducts on-the-job training for all Housekeeping employees.
    10. Prepares stock inventories whenever required.
    11. Maintains effective working relationships with other departments, especially FO and ENG.
    12. Handles guest complaints, and missing or damaged items.
    13. Strives to expand his/her knowledge and to share knowledge with others.
    14. Observes sanitary and safety measures.
    15. Follows Management policies, rules and regulations.
  • Acting as Assistant Executive Housekeeper (July 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023)
  • Housekeeping Supervisor (March 1, 2023 – June 30, 2023)
    1. Responsible for monitoring related to cleanliness, tidiness and comfort in hotel area and hotel rooms before sale.
    2. Responsible for monitoring and checking projects/general cleaning that have been carried out by room attendant and public area attendant.
    3. Making schedule housekeeping department employees as needed.
  • Order Taker (Desember 1, 2022 – April 30, 2023)
    1. Responsible for daily activities or report such as making :
      -Room attendant worksheet, discrepancy room (every morning and evening), work order form, lost and found form, record soiled and clean linen.
    2. Responsible for weekly activities or report such as making :
      -Store requisition form, daily worker manual attendance recapitulation, lost and breakage recapitulation.
    3. Responsible for monthly activities or report such as making :
      - Inventory : linen and towel, equipment, ammenities or guest supplies, chemical, and send all report to Executive Housekeeper
      - Send the training participant recapitulation form to Human Resource Coordinator and Executive Housekeeper.
  • Room Attendant & Public Area (September 1, 2016 – November 30, 2022)
    1. Responsible for the cleanliness, tidiness and comfort of guest in the hotel area which refers to standard operating procedure.
    2. Carry out general cleaning according to procedures, including daily, weekly and monthly general cleaning.
    3. Scheduled cleaning of cleaning equipment and cleaning machines
    4. Report to supervisor if there are damaged items in the hotel area and if guest items are found left in the hotel area.
