    • Oversee Indonesia entity in delivering its goals and objectives,
    • Represent the company in Indonesia when it comes to the networking with government officials and/or potential partner.
  2. Project Manager – Indonesia (Jun 2020 – Mar 2022)
    • Lead deliverability of 2 Indonesia projects – The first one was a $10m NOC Fuel tank terminal upgradation project, and the other was a green project to convert waste into energy,
    • Support the company in penetrating Indonesia market by providing Financial and taxation insight, local knowledge, business simulation and risk management.

BP Indonesia

  1. Finance Manager at PT. Aneka Petroindo Raya ‐ a BP & AKR Joint Venture company in Fuel Retail (Aug 2017 – Feb 2020)
    • Bring the BP brand into Indonesia fuel retail market by setting‐up the new Joint Venture company from the scratch, from acquiring permit to operate, developing policies & procedures, building an end-to-end financial and banking system until setting up foundation for the new company to grow and deliver its target,
    • Successfully open the first BP fuel station in Jakarta by less than 15-months timeframe and continue to build more - 14 operated stations in Greater Jakarta (10 stations) and Surabaya (4 stations) as of Feb 2020,
    • Accountable to manage all Financials, Accounting & Reporting aspects in the company, as well as Ethics & Compliance and Risk Management. From leading Company's annual planning process, developing economics and commercial arrangement with potential partners, managing company's treasury and banking relations, maintaining bookkeeping and reporting, building up business ethics and compliance habit across the company until performing risk management assessment in quarterly and annual basis.
  2. Audit Manager (Oct 2015 – July 2017)
    • Successfully minimize number of audit findings from government and partners within the last 2 years (<2% from total spending ca. $800m per year) by continuously strengthening business awareness in protecting value thru better planning, regulatory compliance and good governance,
    • Performed JV Partners Audit in Australia’s largest gas and oil project as BP Australia representative with outstanding contribution (raised 50% of monetary findings),
    • Become subject matter expert which regularly consulted by business and function in ensuring business decision to always run within control and regulatory corridor.
  3. VICO Financial Controller (Dec 2012 – Oct 2015)
    • Single handedly manage BP interest in Sanga-Sanga Production Sharing Contract (PSC), including external interfaces with government and partners. Sanga-Sanga is one of the firsts PSC in Indonesia which supplies 17% of gas delivered to LNG Bontang plant with number of headcounts approximately 800 personnel,
    • Voluntarily delivering ad-hoc activities by becoming Oil & Gas Export coordinator (avg. $40m-$50m export proceeds in a quarter).
  4. Head of Accounts Payable (Nov 2009 – Nov 2012)
    • Lead accounts payable group (a group of 15 personnel) in managing vendor invoices (1200 invoices per month with total exposure ca. $800m per year),
    • Successfully delivered BP Indonesia e-Expense project as a Country Coordinator. e-Expense is a simplified and automated tool utilized by 1200 BP Indonesia personnel to claim expenses,
    • Actively contribute in supporting business agenda thru several ad-hoc roles: (1) Finance tag in BP Indonesia Procurement Committee 2010-2012; (2) Finance representative in SAP Backbone project – a P2P system under SAP platform; (3) Control evaluation owner for SOX compliance within Procure- to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable area.
